Our services

 

The center’s opening hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM. The center offers both full-time and part-time services. Our services include a toddler group, a preschool group, and an after-school group, which includes pedagogical days, Christmas camp, March break camp, and summer camp. We are registered with the CWELCC program for reduced base daycare fees, which will reach $10 per day by 2026. We use the Digibot system for the complete management of our services: child registrations, administrative documents, finances, payments, and daily tracking of your children’s activities. A Digibot app will be launched in 2025 to further improve communication between the educational service and parents.

The daycare center holds a permit from the Ministry of Education to accommodate up to 59 children, divided as follows: 

  • 10 toddlers from 18 months to 30 months (no more than 2 children under 18 months) 
  • 21 preschool children from 30 months to 6 years (no more than 3 children under 30 months) 
  • 13 after-school kindergarten children from 3 1/2 years to 7 years 
  • 15 after-school elementary school children from 5 1/2 years to 13 years
Digibot also allows us to maintain a daily log for each child. In this log, you will find information about meals, diaper changes, activities, photos, nap times, communication with educators, and much more! Thanks to our caterer, we provide two snacks and a balanced lunch every day. A nap or relaxation period is scheduled between 12:15 PM and 2:15 PM for the well-being of the children.  Our educators make observations and carefully monitor the development of each child. Two development reports are written each year for every child. In June, we organize individual meetings with each parent to discuss the progress made during the year as well as future goals. For children entering school in September, the report and notes from the educator can be shared with their new school and teacher to ensure better continuity in their support and a better understanding of your child.  We offer year-round service, except on public holidays and 4 professional development days, during which we close at noon (the dates are already set and indicated in the parent guide). 
We offer after-school services 5 days a week, either for the morning only, afternoon only, or both morning and afternoon. For full-day service, a variety of activities are planned, and a calendar will also be posted. Meals for full-day services are included and follow the same menu as the daycare. For children enrolled in the after-school service, a log detailing the activities and including photos will also be available during full days. Full-day registration is also open to external clients, not just those enrolled in before and after-school care. So, if you are only interested in full-day services, you are welcome to register!
